Terms and Conditions
1. General Policy By booking a stay at The Beverly Grove, guests agree to abide by all policies and house rules outlined below. The property reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these terms without a refund.
2. Virtual Check-In & Access The Beverly Grove operates via a virtual check-in system. Guests will receive a unique access code prior to arrival. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they have received their code and contact on-site staff if any issues arise.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Starts at 4:00 PM.
- Check-Out: Must be completed by 11:00 AM. Failure to check out on time may result in additional fees.
4. Occupancy and Use of Property All units are complete studio apartments. Guests must respect the residential nature of the building. Loud noise, parties, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Amenities and Appliances Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen, brand-new appliances, and a private washer and dryer. Guests are responsible for the proper use of these amenities. Any damage to the property, furniture, or brand-new gutted interiors will be charged to the credit card on file.
6. Smoking and Pets The Beverly Grove is a non-smoking property. Evidence of smoking inside the units will result in a significant cleaning fee. Please refer to our specific pet policy regarding the presence of animals on the premises.
7. Liability The Beverly Grove is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to keep their units locked at all times.
8. Cancellations Cancellation policies vary based on the booking platform (OTA) or direct booking terms. Please refer to your specific reservation confirmation for details.
